Fenster im Vordergrund halten unter Windows XP

Ein kleines, feines Freeware Tool: HeldUp 1.0 funktioniert so, dass man ein Icon im System Tray auf ein Fenster zieht, und dieses Fenster bleibt dann im Vordergrund. Supersimpel, super praktisch.
